Tina Parker
As a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, former C-Level Executive, founder of two training/coaching companies, and a seasoned coach, I understand the relentless demands and challenges of navigating a world that is changing faster than most leaders feel equipped to keep up with.
Like many high-performers and visionary leaders, I was once operating on overdrive, feeling maxed out and burnt out, yet I still felt there was something bigger for me to contribute. I just didn't know how. The hustle and grind was slowly killing me (literally) and suffocating my creativity and innovative insights. I knew there had to be a better way to excel in my career while enjoying my life, making a meaningful contribution, and caring for myself and my family!
Through years of studying with world-renowned experts in neuroscience, leadership, executive coaching, and human transformation, I found a better way and developed a science-backed, heart-centered approach that skyrocketed my energy, fulfillment, and impact. With just a few small shifts, I became a better leader, spouse, and parent.
Drawing from a wealth of experience, I have guided hundreds of ambitious leaders to break free from stagnation and overwhelm, expand capacity, and unlock exponential possibilities to transform their visions into impactful realities, without sacrificing their soul!
I believe we can all become Courageously Authentic Leaders to create the meaningful impact we are destined to make and pave the way towards new possibilities.
