Zachary Ames is an award-winning leadership and talent development expert with nearly 15 years of experience in start-ups, Fortune 500, and global private companies. Prior to founding XYZ Leadership, Zachary was a Regional Talent Partner based in Singapore for Bloomberg LP. Prior, while in New York, Zachary's work included facilitating all diversity initiatives for Bloomberg including Unconscious Bias globally. He also worked at Bloomingdale's creating, overseeing, and running their Executive and Analyst Development programs for new graduates as well as their annual internship program.

Zachary also created and hosts the podcast, Expand Your Zone, where he interviews global thought leaders, best-selling authors and creative entrepreneurs - including Marshall Goldsmith (#1 Executive Coach in the World), Whitney Johnson, and Dr. Michelle Johnston. He is also the founder and co-chair of Forefront, the premiere leadership accelerator for coaches and talent development professionals, powered by 100Coaches.

When he isn't helping build better leaders and employees, Zachary can be found in the Wasatch mountains of Utah skiing perfect powder or hiking with his chocolate lab, Cooper.

Mojdeh Pourmahram is an executive coach dedicated to helping experienced professionals prepare for and excel in leadership roles. Mojdeh has partnered with clients at start-ups, tech companies, non-profits, and financial services companies to help them elevate their personal and professional lives. As the inaugural Head of Coaching at one of the top 20 highest-grossing law firms in the world, she has extensive experience working with ambitious leaders in high-pressure environments.

Mojdeh practiced Capital Markets law at a large law firm in New York City before realizing she had a greater passion for supporting the people around her than she did for the legal work. That led her to make a drastic and rewarding transition into coaching.

She is a member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches, an invitation-only community. She lives in New York City with her partner, Aaron, and their chatty cat, Sadie.
